Every Calm is Here rug is made by hand in Annecy, France. We ship to Europe.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each piece is carefully packed before leaving our studio.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

France — €5.90 (free over €250) — 3–5 business days

EU — €9.90 (free over €450) — 5–8 business days
Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

EU Extended — €14.90 (free over €550) — 6–12 business days
Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

Switzerland — €12.00 (free over €500) — 5–8 business days
Please note: taxes and duties are payable on delivery by the recipient.

CARRIERS

We ship via Colissimo for home delivery and Mondial Relay for relay-point pickup (France). A tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

PICKUP POINTS (FRANCE)

French customers can choose to collect their order from a Mondial Relay relay point at checkout.

SWITZERLAND

Please note that orders delivered to Switzerland may incur local VAT and customs fees upon arrival. These are collected by the carrier and are not included in your order price.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped to Switzerland and countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If your rug arrives damaged or your parcel goes missing, please contact us at calmishere@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and a photo if applicable.
