Return & Refund Policy
1. Custom Commissions
Every rug is a unique, handmade piece of art created specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom rugs due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing. We provide digital mockups before tufting to ensure you are 100% happy with the design.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your rug arrives damaged during transit, please contact me at calmishere@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
-Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
-If the damage is verified, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund.
3. Handcrafted Variations
Please note that because each rug is hand-tufted in our Annecy studio, slight variations in color or minor design details may occur. These are not flaws but signs of a truly handmade process.
4. Shipping Costs
For any approved returns (non-custom items only), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
